Finance - RASCI View¶
Finance owns the financial integrity of the Simpaisa Group - settlement, reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit. The CFO holds ultimate accountability for all financial outputs. Day-to-day, the Head of Settlements and Head of Treasury execute the settlement and reconciliation cycle, while the Finance team produces management accounts, statutory filings, and board-level reporting.
Finance is a key consulted party in commercial processes (merchant onboarding, corridor activation) and a critical approver in any change that affects payment flows or balance positions.
